The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with carbohydrate antigen 19-9.
Application Notes
This antibody was used in a double antibody sandwich ELISA where antibody 4A6 is a capture antibody, and the antibody 4G2 is a detection antibody. The detection method had high sensitivity, with the LOD of CA19-9 detection as 21.333ng/mL (CN114573700).
