This antibody specifically recognizes an epitope in the DI/DII domain of E protein of DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3 and DENV-4 serotypes. This antibody was isolated as a human IgG1 from a patient recovered from a secondary DENV-2 infection and neutralises infection.
