The original antibody was generated by immunizing female BALB/c mice with human VAP-1 protein mixed with Freund’s adjuvant.
Application Notes
This antibody is used as a detection antibody in combination with mAb 3G6 as a capture antibody to detect vap-1 in a sandwich ELISA. This antibody can also be used for the immunohistochemical staining of human VAP-1 (WO2016194363).
