Application Notes | Striatum tissues from 2- and 8-month-old wild-type and transgenic mice were immunoblotted using this antibody (Graham and Sidhu, 2010; pmid:20077428). Freshly dissected mouse brain tissues were immunoblotted using this antibody (Ye et al, 2015; pmid:26793096). This antibody was usaed for immunoblotting on protein from the mesenteric PVAT, mesenteric resistance vessels, adipocytes, SVF, and vena cava. The test animal used was a rat (Ayala-Lopez et al, 2015; pmid:26432838). ). Mouse NET protein was immunoprecipitated using this antibody (Mannangatti et al, 2015; pmid:25724654).
