Specificity | The antibody is specific for CXCL13. CXCL13 is a chemokine expressed in follicular stromal cells of lymphoid organs, macrophages in the peritoneal and pleural cavities and in myeloid dendritic cells. It has been shown to bind primarily to the G-protein coupled receptor CXCR5. |
