Immunogen | The antibody was generated by immunizing BABL/c mice with the diethoxyphosphorothioate derivated hapten, followed by antibody library construction and phage display-based selection. |
Application Notes | The specificity of this antibody for a broad set of O,O-diethyl organophosphorus pesticides (DOPs) was confirmed by indirect competitive ELISA. IC50 of the Fab antibody was 135.7ng/mL. A standard curve showed that the linear detection range is 7.2ng/mL-861.7ng/mL. The Fab fragment detected soluble DOPs by western blot (Chen et al., 2018;PMID: 29734787). The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by competitive indirect ELISA analysis (Xu et al. 2010; PMID: 20958019). The original format of the antibody was linked to alkaline phosphatase (scFv−AP) and employed to develop a competitive direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (cdELISA) for O,O-diethyl OPs in environmental and agricultural samples (Xu et al. 2012; PMID: 22533788). |
