Immunogen | The original antibody was raised by panning a fab library against FGFR-1(IIIb). |
Application Notes | The original antibody was used for a co-culture proliferation assay on HUVEC-Akt cells. It showed a decrease in cell proliferation (Ding et al., 2015; PMID:26116571). This antibody was used for an ELISA on FGFR-1. Here is showed binding to FGFR-1(IIIb) and FGFR-1(IIIc). This antibody was used for immunoprecipitation on FGFR-1. Where it showed similair results to the ELISA. This antibody was used in vivo on nude mice. The effect of the antibody was significant weight reduction within 48 hours (US8263074B2). |
