Immunogen | The original mouse version of this antibody was raised by immunizing mice with flagella from C.reinhardtii. |
Application Notes | To study the distribution of the epitope to which this antibody binds. An ELISA was preformed on purified flagella from C.reinhardtii using the mouse version of this antibody (Bloodgood et al, 1986; pmid:3009491). Further to determine the unperturbed distribution of the mouse version of this antibody immunfluorescence was preformed on flagella from c.reinhardtii (Bloodgood et al, 1986; pmid:3009491). To determine relocation of surface glycoproteins in chlamydomonas flagella western blot was preformed on a mutant cell line of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii pf18 and LMJ.RY0402.100240 (Kamiya et al, 2018; pmid:30079834). To determine the transport of IFT trains and the interaction of FMG proteins with this. The mouse version of this antibody was used for to cover beads which were subsequently used to monitor IFT trains (Shih et al, 2013; pmid:23795295). |
