Application Notes | The specificity of the original format of the antibody for histone H4 proteins containing di-acetylation of K5acK8ac was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected the histone H4 proteins containing at least the di-acetylation of K5acK8ac western blot analysis. The crystal structure of the complex of di-acetylated histone H4 and 1A9D7 Fab fragment was determined (Handoko et al., 2018; PMID: 30080437). |
