Application Notes | The reactivity of the original version of this antibody (camelid (llama) VHH) was tested using ELISA. It was found to bind only the human IgG-Fc domain. Its binding to human, mouse, and bovine IgG was also tested via chromatography, confirming its specificity to human IgG (US9040666B2). |
