Application Notes | The specificity of this antibody (IgG1) was confirmed in ELISA analysis. The antibody detected the recombinant chIL-2 by western blot. The antibody showed neutralizing chIL-2 activity in NK cell assay. The antibody was used as a capture antibody in capture ELISA (Miyamoto et al, 2001; pmid: 11457478). |
