Application Notes | This antibody shows high opsonic acitivty against S. aureus type 5 and S. epidermidis strain Hay, killing 95% of S. epidermidis and an average of 82% of S. aureus at 200 [mu]g/ml. The binding activity of A120 to LTA was confirmed with ELISA. |
