Immunogen | The original antibody was generated by immunizing a BALB/c mouse with major vault protein. |
Application Notes | The original version of this antibody was used for an immunohistochemistry experiment on human FFPE tissue blocks (Ramberg et al., 2021; PMID:33609362), on MCF-7 breast cancer cells (Abbondanza et al., 1998; PMID:9628887). Further this antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on cervix carcinoma tissues (Lloret et al., 2009; PMID:19251084), on human lung tissue (Schroeijers et al., 2001; PMID:11668191). Finally, a western blot on human liver tumour and nontumor tissue lysates was performed using this antibody (Megger et al., 2013; PMID:23462207). |
