Specificity | YKIX 334.2 binds specifically to the MHC II beta chain. In dogs, MHC Class II is expressed on the surface of all peripheral blood mononuclear cells where it has a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from extracellular proteins. Class II molecules are expressed in antigen presenting cells (B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages). |

Application Notes | YKIX 334.2 immunoprecipitates an antigen of 32/34kD and can has been shown to block the proliferation of MHC Class II dependent responses in vitro. This antibody can also be used for IHC- Fr and FC. |
