Application Notes | Western blotting showed this antibody (IgG1 format) detects both human and Xenopus NTF2. Immunofluorescence was performed on BHK21 cells using this antibody, finding NTF2 is a nuclear protein (Steggerda et al, 2000; pmid: 10679025). |
