Immunogen | This antibody was raised by immunising mice with baboon IgG and screening hybridomas against IgG of different primate species. |
Application Notes | This antibody has been used in ELISA analysis to quantify IgG in supernatants obtained from cynomolgus macaque lung and lymph node tissue homogenates (Phuah et al, 2012). Additionally, this antibody has been used in a plasma cell ELISPOT assay to quantify the number of IgG-secreting plasma cells in cynomolgus macaque lung and lymph node samples (Phuah et al, 2012). A biotinylated version of this antibody has been used to detect macaque serum IgG bound to high-density peptide microarrays representing different ZIKV polyproteins (Heffron et al, 2018). |
