Immunogen | A phage library was constructed using peripheral blood lymphocytes from healthy human donors and tonsilar lymphocytes of children. Six rounds of affinity panning with PDG7 led to the selection of AIX-16. |
Application Notes | Using flow cytometry it was showed that AI-X16 inhibits PDG7 binding to platelets (Escher et al, 1998). |
