Application Notes | The binding specificity of scFv antibody against various steroid hormones and intermediates was checked using ELISA. Further a luciferase assay using the human version of this antibody showed that the antibody can prevent testosterone activating the androgen receptor in cultured human cells (WO2008009960). |
