Description
The CD55 Human is created as a recombinant protein with a 4kda N-terminal fusion of His Tag. The CD55 His-Tagged Fusion Protein, produced in E. coli, is a 11kDa protein containing 59 amino acid residues of the CD55Human, 38-96 amino acids.

Formulation
Each mg was lyophilized with 1xPBS, 0.4% SDS and 4mM DTT.
Stability
Store lyophilized CD55 at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C.

Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
