Formulation
CK2 Holoenzyme is supplied 0.5mg/1ml in 25mM Tris-HCl, 500mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, 500 µM PMSF, 5% glycerol, pH 8.5.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
