Description
CHST10 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 350 amino acids (28-356 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 41.2kDa. CHST10 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Introduction
Carbohydrate Sulfotransferase 10, also known as CHST10 is a member of
the sulfotransferase 2 family. CHST10 was first recognized as a
sulfotransferase which acts on the human natural killer-1 (HNK-1) glycan.
Furthermore, CHST10 is a carbohydrate involved in neurodevelopment as well as
synaptic plasticity.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Formulation
CHST10 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl (pH8.0) and 10% glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
