Immunogen
This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with the DNMT3L antigen.
Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of DNMT3L by western blot, immunoflurescence and immunohistochemistry. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect DNMT3L by western blot in COS cells transiently transfected with untagged Kv2.1 and Flag- tagged DNMT3L. It was also used to detect DNMT3L by immunofluorescence in COS cells expressing Myc- tagged human DNMT3L.
