Immunogen

Peripheral lymphocytes from humans   hyperimmunized with tetanus toxoid were fused with a mouse/human   heteromyeloma.

Application Notes

G6 has a neutralising activity of   1.4 IU/100 μg IgG (Kamei et al, 1990). From ELISA the Ka of G6 for tetanus   toxin was determined as 10 x 10^10 M^1 (Matsuda et al, 1992).
