Immunogen | The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with chemically made tetrodotoxin complete antigen. Later on a phage display library was constructed from the amplified genes encoding monoclonal antibodies and the clone was isolated after six rounds of biopanning. |
Application Notes | This high affinity antibody can be used for the detection of tetrodotoxin and TTX-BSA conjugate in an ELISA. |
