Immunogen | The orignal antibody was raised by immunizing a mouse with human CD20. |
Application Notes | The original antibod was used for immunohistochemsitry on a range of human inflammatory tissue specimens. This antibody was used for flow cytometry on CD31+ CD45- endothelial cells identified with mouse anti-human FITC-CD31 (Di Matteo et al., 2011; PMID:21339174), and on he human monocytoid cell line U937 (Löhn et al., 2002; PMID:11999577). This antibody was used for an in vitro wound scratch assay on human fibroblasts, it showed a 42% decrease in cell migratory activity. This antibody was used for a proliferation assay on human fibroblasts, it showed that the antibody did not affect the proliferation of fibroblasts (Lai et al., 2010; PMID:20589526). |
Antibody First Published | Löhn et al. Cell cycle retardation in monocytoid cells induced by aminopeptidase N (CD13) Leuk Lymphoma. 2002 Feb;43(2):407-13. PMID:11999577 |
Note on publication | In the original paper the physiologiucal role of CD13 expression on human leucocytes was investigated. |
