Immunogen | This antibody was raised by hyperimmunising a C57BL/6 mouse with the Ia- B cell line 6.16 cl. 3. |
Application Notes | This antibody has been used in flow cytometry and quantitative immunofluorescence analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes (Yanase et al, 1986).It has also been used to precipitate CD20 from lysates of the Raji human B cell line (Deans et al, 1995). This antibody has been exploited as part of a an avidin-biotin immunoadsorption system to eliminate Daudi lymphoblasts from human bone marrow (Berenson et al, 1986). A mouse-human chimeric version of this antibody effectively mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity with human effector cells and complement-dependent cytotoxicity with human complement (Liu et al, 1987). |
