The original mouse parental antibody IIIA4 was generated by intraperitoneal immunization of BALB/c mice with LK63 cells. This antibody was synthetically engineered to mimic a binding specificity of the original IIIA4, by grafting the CDRs of the parental antibody onto human framework segments.
Application Notes
This antibody is a humanized version of the original mouse parental antibody IIIA4. The binding affinity of this antibody for EphA3 antigen was determined by ELISA (EP2558121A4).
