Application Notes
The antibody binds to human Fatty-acid binding protein 4, which transports lipids and retinoic acids to their receptors. Administratio of CA33 t lowered fasting blood glucose, improved systemic glucose metabolism, increased systemic insulin sensitivity, and reduced fat mass and liver steatosis in obese mouse models.
