Immunogen
BALB/c mice were immunised by injection of a high titre of Liberibacter asiaticus obtained from infected Diaphorina citri psyllids. The spleens of immunised mice were removed and homogenised for RNA extraction and cDNA synthesis.
Application Notes
Clone 932 was tested for Liberibacter asiaticus recognition as a phage-expressing scFv using blotting (Yuan et al, 2015). This format was also tested against specific recognition of the antigen FlgI using ELISA.
