Application Notes
This chimeric engineered antibody is generated by fusing the original alpaca derived nanobody to mouse IgG1 and rabbit Fc domains to extend the research application of the original. It recognizes GFP in an ELISA. This antibody is recommended for protein visualization using immunofluorescence stainings and immunoprecipitations. It can also be conjugated with fluorophores for direct detection. It can also be immobilized on protein A, beads, resins and plates. The original alpaca VHH antibody is available from ChromoTek.
