Application Notes
ELISA was preformed on CNPS-A using the murine version of this antibody (Mukherjee et al, 1993; pmid:8459205). This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on lung tissue from mice infected with strains 24067 of C. neoformans. To determine the ability of antibodies to protect against pulmonary fungal pathogens (Feldmesser and Casadevall, 1997; pmid:8992996).
