The original antibody was generated by immunizing Balb / C mice with Helicobacter bacillus protein.
Application Notes
The antibody specifically detected Helicobacter bacillus protein in Western blot analysis. The antibody 15A5 and the commercial antibody thermo rabbit were used to stain gastritis tissue. The staining intensity of the antibody 15A5 was higher than the commercial antibody, indicating that the antibody was specific for gastritis, gastric cancer tissue, and the sensitivity and affinity were higher than the commercial antibody. The antibody could better show the morphology of the gastric Helicobacter pylori, curved curved shape, S-shaped or dot, the bacterium, which was easy to observe (CN108659125B).
