Application Notes
The original antibody was used for an ELISA on a human antibody against ST2. The stability of this antibody in different conditions was tested, it showed that it still bound to the human ST2 idiotope in both acidic and basic conditions, furthermore it also shows the same stability when exposed to heat (CN116987194B).
