Immunogen
Chicken antibodies were produced by immunising Hy-Line silver brown chickens with recombinant white rhino IFN-gamma. The spleens of immunised chickens were collected and total RNA was reverse transcribed into cDNA.
Application Notes
6D7 has been used as a capture antibody in ELISAs testing for the presence of IFN- gamma.
