The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with streptococcal M type 5 membranes followed by a second, boosting dose of Lysin M5.
Application Notes
This antibody binds myosin at a low relative avidity, as determined in a competitive ELISA (Mertens et al., 2000; PMID: 11282394).
