The original format of the antibody was generated by immunizing transgenic mice with human M-CSF.
Application Notes
The original format of the antibody inhibited mouse monocytic cell proliferation in response to M-CSF. Further, the IC50 for inhibition of mouse nonocytic cell proliferation was determined for the antibody (IC50 = 86.7 nM). The binding properties of the original format of the antibody were analyzed using SPR analysis (Kd= 0.13 pM) (US7326414B2).
