Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected human MFE2C western blot analysis. Immunofluorescence was performed on HeLa cells using this antibody. The binding affinity of the original format of the antibody to MFE2C was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 15.7 µM) (US20150337031A1).
