Application Notes | YTS165.1 antibody might be used to identify various leukocytes. It was used in immunohistochemistry stainings to label mouse spine microglia (Hoek et al.,2000). Hoek and colleagues (2000) incubated WEHI-231P cells with this antibody to investigate the effects of CD45 targeting on bcl-2 expression Finally, it has also been shown to be synergistic with YW 62.3. |
