The original antibody was generated by immunizing Balb / C mice with Myod1.
Application Notes
The antibody 6F4-2D7 and the commercial antibody 5.8a were used for transverse muscle injury immunogenization staining. Results showed the antibody specificity is superior to commercially available antibody 5.8a, and it improved the accuracy of diagnosis (CN109354626B).
