The original antibody was raised by immunizing a SPF-grade BALB/c pure-line female mice with human myoglobin.
Application Notes
This antibody was used for a western blot on human myoglobin. This antibody was used for an ELISA on human myoglobin, further it was shown that clone 3M4 is a good antibody to use for a sandwich ELISA with this antibody (CN104862283B).
