Application Notes
An ELISA with this antibody was preformed as part of a IgG half life study in mice (Qiao et al, 2008; pmid:18599440). The murine fibroblast line L929, the guinea pig lung fibroblast line JH4, and the human monocytoid leukemia line THP-1 were used in a flow cytometry experiment in which this antibody was the isotype control (Yu et al, 2013; pmid:23333710).

Note on publication
A previously undescribed role for FcRn in mediating the presentation of antigens by dendritic cells when antigens are present as a complex with antibody by uniquely directing multimeric immune complexes, but not monomeric IgG, to lysosomes was shown.
