The original antibody was isolated from the circulating autoantibodies obtained from a nonobese diabetic (NOD) mouse model of human type I diabetes.
Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for detection of mouse peripherin using ELISA (PMID: 8413326). This antibody was also used in the identification of purified peripherin using western blot (PMID: 1729686).
