PY20 recognizes phospho-tyrosine and phosphotyrosine containing proteins with a reported Kd of 500 nM for the original clone.Whilst phospho-Phenylalanine (Kd = 4 uM M), phospho-Serine (>100 mM) & phospho-Threonine (100 mM) are also detected, the differences in affinity make this antibody primarily phospho-tyrosine specific.
