The original antibody was generated by immunizing a male Llama glama with RR6 azo dye coupled with bovine serum albumin.
Application Notes
This antibody binds the azo dye RR6 with an affinity of Kd= 22nM. This antibody was capable of binding RR-6 even at elevated temperatures of up to 90 degrees in an ELISA (PMID: 10209277).
