A biotinylated version of this antibody has been used in ELISA analysis to quantify HIV- 1 or SIV Env-specific and total IgA in rhesus macaque plasma, milk and mucosal samples following viral infection or passive immunisation (Amos et al, 2015; Fouda et al, 2017; Eudailey et al, 2018).
