Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of rhesus IgG4. It was shown to react specifically with rhesus IgG4 via ELISA. The specificity of this antibody was further confirmed when it was used in research on CD4 follicular helper T cell skewing on antibody responses to an HIV-1 vaccine in rhesus macaques (Verma et al., 2020; pmid: 31827000).
