The original antibody was raised by immunizing a mouse with Salmonella typhi.
Application Notes
The original version of this antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on liver sections of mice infected with S. Typhi. This antibody was able to stain the S. Typhi in the liver tissue (Mian et al., 2011; PMID:21200387).
