The original antibody was isolated from a synthetic nanobody library starting from a consensus framework derived from llama genes IGHV1S1–S5.
Application Notes
This antibody specifically binds human serum albumin and does not cross react with mouse serum albumin. The binding specificity of this antibody towards fluorescently labeled HSA was done using flow cytometry. The binding affinity of this antibody for human serum albumin was measure by surface plasmon resonance and was found to be 430 nM
