Specificity
This antibody binds the sea snake (Lapemis hardwickii) neurotoxin SN160. This protein binds muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) and inhibit acetylcholine from binding to the receptor, thereby impairing neuromuscular transmission.

Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing a Xinjiang Bactrian camel with 0.5 mg sea snake (Lapemis hardwickii) neurotoxin SN160.
Application Notes
The binding characterization of this antibody was done using ELISA. The binding affinity of this antibody for Lapemis hardwickii neurotoxin SN160 was determined to be 0.94nM (CN109336972).
