The origianl antibody was generated by panning a human library against SpA.
Application Notes
The affinity of the antibody to bind SpA-E was determined by a standard optical interferometry method (KD 5nM). The binding of the antiboddy to SpA on live S. aureus TCH1516 (USA300 MRSA strain) was tested by flow cytometry (CN108064241A).
